New graduate student periodical checkout

Graduate students can now check out periodicals for 2 hours. This policy was previously available only for GRA/GTAs and faculty.

Just a reminder that electronic resources can be accessed with a Campus ID login via the library website homepage or research guide. No more need for the GALILEO password every semester; however, if you prefer to access this way, the password is located in the Campus Bookmarks section of uLearn.
